Cancellation Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Refund Policies
Please read the following policies carefully before registering for our events. By signing up for our events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth below. All volunteers are expected to adhere to our code of conduct and anti-bullying policies, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for everyone involved.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing (email) at least 7 days before the event start date. Cancellations received within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.

Cancellations received less than 7 days before the event start date will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another person or apply the registration fee to a future event within the next 12 months. Please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

In the rare event that The BBA Family Community must cancel "Sizzling SkillScape" due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, all registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund.

Terms and Conditions

Participants must have a current annual membership with the BBA Family Community to attend this event. Non-members are encouraged to sign up for membership before registering for the event.

Participants are expected to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the event organizers, instructors, and guest speakers. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the event without a refund.

The BBA Family Community reserves the right to use photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes, both online and offline. By registering for this event, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in such materials.

Refund Policies

Refunds will be issued according to the cancellation policy stated above.

In case of illness or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending the event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund, transfer, or credit towards a future event at our discretion.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving a written cancellation request.
