Program Coordinator and Lead Teacher

Social Coordinator & Lead Support

A true free spirit with a gift for making everyone feel seen and celebrated, Desirea brings joy, creativity, and compassion to every interaction. Operations & Accounting Coordinator
Ava Stottlemre is the organizational backbone of BBA Family, serving as Operations & Accounting Coordinator with precision, calm, and a touch of magic. Known for her ability to bring order to the group, Ava ensures that programs run smoothly, schedules stay on track, and every detail is thoughtfully managed. Behind the scenes, she also leads marketing efforts and financial operations — from crafting branded materials to tracking budgets and ensuring every dollar supports the mission with integrity. With a steady hand and a heart for service, Ava keeps the Village grounded, focused, and always moving forward.
