Brody's Bracelet-making Afterparty

Join us for a fun and creative bracelet making workshop at Mountain View Presbyterian Church! This exciting event offers participants an opportunity to learn the art of bracelet-making, create beautiful handmade bracelets, and connect with fellow craft enthusiasts within our warm and welcoming, neurodiverse community!

Event Schedule: 

Registration and Welcome (15 minutes)

• Upon arrival, participants will be greeted by friendly volunteers who will assist with registration and provide any necessary materials.

 Workshop Introduction (10 minutes)

• A brief introfuction will be given by our experienced facilitator, who will outline the workshop objectives and give an overview of the bracelet making techniques that will be taught.

Demonstration (20 minutes)

• The facilitator will demonstrate step-by-step how to create a basic bracelet, showcasing different techniques, patterns, and color schemes.

Time to Create (30 minutes)

• Now it's your turn! Here is where all participants get to throw in their own flair and style with creating their very-own customized bracelet. Facilitator will continue to assist where help is needed, allowing each person a chance to dive deeper into their creative flow.

Completion and Cleanup Time

• Time for all to show and tell their new creation! This is where participants get the opportunity to share their bracelets, as well as explain the meaning they carry, along with the intention they had set for their creation before picking out their beads. After all has been showcased, facilitator and participants will join together to help clean up their supplies.
